Overview:
The 3rd Annual Regional Conference of Technical Experts and Consultants in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco, is a vital opportunity to bring together a constellation of experts and specialists in the field of human resources management and development, with the aim of exchanging experiences and knowledge, presenting the latest innovations and discussing the challenges facing the Arab labor market.
Conference programs and activities:
Sessions of the 3rd Annual Regional Conference: The conference sessions address a variety of topics related to human resources management and development, through presentations and lectures from distinguished experts in this field.
Meeting of the Executive Offices of the Arab Federation of Technical Experts and Consultants: This meeting is held to discuss important issues and make decisions that enhance the role of the Federation in supporting cooperation and exchange of expertise between Arab countries in the field of human resources management.
Workshop entitled “The Five-Year Model for Determining the Optimal Number of Workers in Business Establishments”: This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to review successful models and exchange experiences in applying modern methods to determine the optimal number of workers in institutions and companies.
Recommendations and Closing Ceremony: This part of the conference presents the main recommendations and findings reached by the participants, and the closing ceremony honors distinguished figures and contributors to the success of the conference.
